Terms & Conditions

These “Terms of Use” or “Terms” establish the terms and conditions under which individuals located in the United States may use maaep.org’s products, services, software, applications, and websites (referred to as “maaep.org’s Services” or “Services” as described below).

General Provisions

For purposes of these Terms, the “Site” shall mean www.maaep.org and any other maaep.org branded websites, web pages, mobile applications and mobile websites operated by Maaga's Care Inc. and the “Services” shall mean any of the various services that Maaga's Care Inc provides through the Site or any other channels, including over the telephone. Please read these Terms before using the Site or the Services. By using the Site or the Services, you hereby represent, warrant, understand, agree to and accept these Terms in their entirety whether or not you register as a user of the Site or Services (“Registered Users”). These Terms include the Maaga's Care Inc Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein. If you object to anything in these Terms or the Privacy Policy, do not use the Site or the Services. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are subject to change by Maaga's Care Inc at any time and take effect immediately upon publishing, except as otherwise indicated. If you choose to register on the Site and provide your email address, Maaga's Care Inc will use its best efforts to email you about changes we believe are significant concerning the use of the Site or the Terms or Additional Terms. You should periodically check the Site for updates to the Terms. Any use of the Site or the Services by you after the effective date of any changes to the Terms or Additional Terms will constitute your acceptance of such changes. These Terms contain an Agreement to Arbitrate, which will, with limited exception, require all users to submit claims you have against us to binding and final arbitration. Site users who do not wish to use Arbitration must opt out within 30 days after the date you accept these terms for the first time. Failure to opt out means in part that: (1) you will only be permitted to pursue claims against Maaga's Care Inc on an individual basis, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action or proceeding, and (2) you will only be permitted to seek relief (including monetary, injunctive, and declaratory relief) on an individual basis.
